Salary: $95,000 - $182,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medium and low voltage power distribution products.
• Test and qualify new products and processes to support their transition into manufacturing.
• Coordinate new product introduction schedules and manage cross-product issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation for production and commercial use.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align engineering activities with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to handle product obsolescence and redesign initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in power distribution equipment or a closely related industry.
• Expertise in medium voltage switchgear design and manufacturing, including UL 1558, 1008, ANSI C37.20, and NEC/CEC standards.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
