What you will do

• Partner with sales for pre-sales support, interpreting specifications, and contributing to RFI/RFP responses.
• Develop scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures meeting performance and reliability goals.
• Evaluate components, recommend optimizations, and collaborate with engineering teams on designs.
• Engage cross-functionally to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
• Represent hirify.global at events, mentor teams, and drive technology integration.
• Influence technical and commercial strategies for differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in power system architecture
• Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in OEM
• Microgrid applications
• Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration
