Salary: $95,000 - $182,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for medium and low voltage power distribution products.
• Test and qualify new products and processes to ensure a successful transition into manufacturing.
• Coordinate new product introduction schedules and manage cross-product issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation for production and commercial use.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to align activities with business goals.
• Manage product maintenance, including obsolescence and redesign, in coordination with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in power distribution equipment or a closely related industry.
• Competency in medium voltage switchgear design and industry standards (UL 1558, 1008, ANSI C37.20, and NEC/CEC).
• Proficiency with CAD tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
