What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis across Innovation Lab products and accelerators.
• Translate product direction into clear functional and technical requirements by analyzing customer workflows and system behavior.
• Own Product Support inquiries, performing root-cause analysis to diagnose and resolve configuration or data issues.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including functional specifications, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and solution approaches.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, focusing on advanced Flows, Permission Sets, and Data Modeling.
• Deep understanding of the Agile SDLC using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks including custom object creation, data migration, and SOQL queries.
• Experience performing gap analysis between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and custom requirements.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance, accounting, or association-management technology.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder.
• Experience building wireframes.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Security Review process.
