Salesforce Consultant (LATAM)

TL;DR

Salesforce Consultant (LATAM): Implementing and managing Salesforce CRM for multiple non-profits with an accent on requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Focus on developing solution documents, executing Agile projects, designing workflows, and ensuring on-time on-budget delivery.

Location: Remote from Latin American Countries. 100% remote. Required to work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.

What you will do

• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Convey complex requirements to internal and external stakeholders and develop solution, requirement, and discovery documents.
• Work on multiple projects using Agile methodology, manage tasks and tickets, and showcase deliverables.
• Design workflow and functional diagrams, support project teams, and identify training needs.
• Continually deepen understanding of non-profit best practices and document standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (writing sample required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience with consulting/professional services or large enterprises.
• 2+ years of business analysis for technology implementation projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents and SOPs.
• Agile project experience and at least one Agile methodology certification.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification (required within 90 days if not held).
• Experience in non-profit or association industry.
• Salesforce implementation or administration experience.
• Experience with Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce non-profit solutions.
• Quality assurance and/or acceptance testing experience.
