What you will do

• Analyze and define business and functional requirements for warranty processes.
• Design process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM implementation.
• Manage complaints and case management workflows within Salesforce.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, and KPI reporting/dashboards.
• Participate in large-scale transformation and CRM migration projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in the Warranty domain.
• Strong knowledge of complaints and case management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in creating process flows and functional documentation.
• Understanding of data migration and system integration concepts.
• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)
