Salary: $160,000 - $280,000

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through enhanced data visibility and efficiency using software systems and dashboards.
• Drive execution of data systems projects, including rollouts and enhancements for ERP, MES, and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, and Operations to prioritize projects, ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and tiered access.
• Maintain system reliability and compliance with GMP, ISO, and company QMS requirements.
• Manage departmental staffing, training, performance reviews, and participation in management reviews for quality improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech; 3+ years management in operations systems/data; 2+ years program/project management
• Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail
• Willingness to work onsite with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens and light lifting
