TL;DR

Salary: $22.00 – 34.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate day-to-day functions including supply oversight and complex filing.
  • Plan and support events and meetings, including setup, tear-down, and cleanup.
  • Manage office and janitorial supply inventory and distribution.
  • Handle purchase orders for office furniture and production-related requests.
  • Coordinate onboarding and desk setup for new hires.
  • Maintain physical and electronic facilities files, contracts, and insurance certificates.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
