What you will do

• Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and events for the NY team and executives.
• Maintain a safe and organized office environment according to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to support employee needs and internal communications.
• Ensure local operations align with global office policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office/workplace management or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and Workday.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office)
