What you will do

• Perform data entry, scanning, formatting, and assembly of technical project deliverables.
• Manage office coordination, including maintaining shared spaces and logistics for new hires.
• Monitor and procure office, field, and kitchen supplies while handling shipping logistics.
• Oversee field equipment usage and ensure the functionality of office technology.
• Support business development by tracking RFPs and assisting with proposal preparation.
• Coordinate travel, internal events, and manage financial documentation and invoicing.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Canva.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Phoenix, AZ office.

Nice to have

• Professional experience working in an engineering, architecture, or technical consulting (AEC) firm.
