What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with cooperation partners and sponsors.
• Independently negotiate and market hirify.global events.
• Plan, execute, and oversee sponsorship activations at events.
• Manage post-cooperation processes, including contract creation, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate and advise internal and external stakeholders.
• Create compelling sales materials and conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship.
• Basic understanding of online campaigns and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs.
• Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
