What you will do
- Hunt new business through outbound calls, in-person visits, and territory planning in Essen/Ruhr area.
- Own your territory by representing , building local market knowledge, and establishing partnerships.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify needs, present value proposition, negotiate, and close 3 merchants weekly.
- Meet targets: €20K-22K gross profit quarterly, 200 minutes talk time, 25-30 calls, 8-10 appointments weekly.
- Maintain pipeline in Salesforce, track activities, forecast, and collaborate with merchant success teams.
- Leverage AI tools for outreach, prioritization, and CRM accuracy while working autonomously with manager support.
Requirements
- Based in or near Essen with mobility for regular in-person visits in Ruhr region.
- Fluent German (native or business level) for merchant communication.
- Professional English for internal communication and reporting.
- 1-2 years sales or business development experience (or hunger to learn; first sales role OK).
- Hunter mentality for cold calling, prospecting, and field sales.
- Resilience to handle rejection, strong communication skills, basic CRM familiarity (Salesforce a plus).
