What you will do
- Identify and source new prospects for specialty and permanent leasing programs.
- Generate alternative revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and ancillary opportunities.
- Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and analyze lease economics for proposed deals.
- Coordinate the execution of license agreements and manage the full cycle leasing process.
- Maintain partnerships with licensees to maximize store sales and enhance property value.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure vacant suites are show-ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience focusing on pop-ups, kiosks, and short-term retail.
- Existing network of tenant relationships.
- Proficiency in Yardi, MS Office 365, and MS Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
