What you will do

• Identify and source new prospects for specialty and permanent leasing programs.
• Generate alternative revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and ancillary opportunities.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and analyze lease economics for proposed deals.
• Coordinate the execution of license agreements and manage the full cycle leasing process.
• Maintain partnerships with licensees to maximize store sales and enhance property value.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure vacant suites are show-ready.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience focusing on pop-ups, kiosks, and short-term retail.
• Existing network of tenant relationships.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MS Office 365, and MS Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
