What you will do
- Run weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and bi-weekly coaching sessions with Account Executives.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings and align with cross-functional teams for resources.
- Coach and evaluate team skills, identify gaps, and elevate sales process abilities.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
- Build relationships with sales leaders and assist with hiring processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of SaaS, UC, CX, or AI sales experience.
- 2-3 years of management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
