What you will do

  • Run weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and bi-weekly coaching sessions with Account Executives.
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings and align with cross-functional teams for resources.
  • Coach and evaluate team skills, identify gaps, and elevate sales process abilities.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
  • Build relationships with sales leaders and assist with hiring processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of SaaS, UC, CX, or AI sales experience.
  • 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
