Location: Austin, TX Hybrid (based in Austin office, evolving to ~3 days/week in-office as needed; USA-based role only)

What you will do
- Lead BDR team in balanced inbound/outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating pipeline for sales.
- Coach and develop team through sessions, reviews, and feedback to build high-performance culture.
- Build talent pool by identifying and preparing high-potential BDRs for sales career progression.
- Optimize processes, implement best practices, and leverage tools for efficient lead generation.
- Provide training on prospecting, objection handling, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations to align on goals and refine ICP/target accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development/sales, including 2+ years managing BDR/SDR teams with proven results in pipeline growth.
- First-line leadership experience; second-line a plus; SaaS/security experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, results-oriented, collaborative with growth mindset.
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organization and time management for multiple priorities.
