What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention across North America.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals, account managers, and alliance directors.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience.
  • Build brand recognition and target core industries to establish a strong presence in the region.
  • Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of track record in sales leadership, driving revenue growth, and market expansion within North America.
  • Proven success in net new selling and account management in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Experience in the software industry, specifically with Master Data Management (MDM) and SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales execution tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
