What you will do

  • Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-figure annual budget
  • Define and evolve full-funnel social strategy across performance, awareness, and consideration
  • Leverage AI and automation for insights, campaign execution, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing teams to identify and launch growth opportunities
  • Translate complex measurement (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift) into actionable investment decisions
  • Build and execute testing roadmaps for creative, targeting, and platform optimizations

Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance or growth marketing with track record scaling 8–9 figure budgets
  • Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially Meta) and performance measurement frameworks
  • Proven full-funnel marketing strategies beyond lower-funnel optimization
  • Experience with AI, automation, or advanced tooling for marketing efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into recommendations
  • Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
