TL;DR

What you will do

  • Evaluate MQLs from inquiries or automation, update lead fields, assess partner potential, and hand off to sales reps within 1 hour.
  • Maintain Hubspot and Salesforce records, co-create handoff templates, and qualify incoming calls.
  • Process POs, leads, and memberships into CRM, generate sales orders, and handle misdirected inquiries.
  • Audit sales pipelines for accuracy, attribution, and responsiveness; prepare reports.
  • Partner with leaders on evaluation processes and support internal teams and revenue goals.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 1 year of successful sales or sales ops experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with ticket desk handling and CRM contact management (Hubspot/Salesforce a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Ability to understand/communicate technology solutions and sell to complex organizations.
  • High work ethic, unquestionable integrity, team player; build internal/external relationships.
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours.
