What you will do
- Lead operational strategy for voucher processing programs, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Supervise Voucher Processing Managers and teams, guiding workload, performance, and development.
- Monitor workflows, queues, and metrics to maintain targets and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with policy, technology, data, and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and long-term scalability.
- Foster positive team culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, operations, or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing program performance or workflows.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Monday.com).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with incentive programs, grants, or government-funded initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance-based program administration.
- High-volume processing or operational environments.
