What you will do

• Lead operational strategy for voucher processing programs, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Supervise Voucher Processing Managers and teams, guiding workload, performance, and development.
• Monitor workflows, queues, and metrics to maintain targets and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with policy, technology, data, and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and long-term scalability.
• Foster positive team culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, operations, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing program performance or workflows.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Monday.com).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
