What you will do
- Support and coordinate country-level medical education programs, partnering with Sales and Marketing, including travel across the country (~35% of time).
- Organize event logistics: venues, travel, materials, demos, and hands-on sessions with medical devices.
- Handle budgets, compliance submissions (HCC), and physician reimbursements with AP.
- Serve as main contact for physicians from registration to follow-up, troubleshooting issues.
- Gather training needs, co-create program formats, track KPIs, and report results.
- Provide coaching to teams and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in events, marketing, business administration, biomedical engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Cvent for events and registrations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating educational programs; medical devices/healthcare/pharma advantage.
- Strong organizational/project management, multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset for KPIs, data analysis (Excel, BI tools plus).
- Fluency in English; additional European languages plus.
- Willingness to travel ~35%.
