Location: Home office based. Must be based in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany or Spain and must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK.

What you will do

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and patients.
• Identify, intake, and report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop custom medical inquiry responses and detailed narratives for adverse event reports.
• Critically evaluate medical literature to research and disseminate information to healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate quality-related complaint processes with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments.
• Contribute to medical writing, market research, and sales training projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, healthcare, or equivalent.
• English: C1 level is obligatory.
• Native German language proficiency is required.
• Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.

Nice to have

• Pharma D, M Pharma, or Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences/healthcare.
• Experience in call centers, Medical Information, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases.
• Experience in medical writing.
