What you will do

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone and writing.
• Translate medical documents between English and French to provide accurate responses.
• Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medical writing for adverse event narratives and custom medical inquiry responses.
• Research and evaluate medical literature to develop information for dissemination.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments regarding quality complaints.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or equivalent.
• English proficiency level C1 is obligatory.
• Native-level fluency in French is essential.
• Legal eligibility to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
• Strong clinical background and professional verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees such as PharmD or M Pharma.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, medical information, or call center environments.
• Experience with Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
