What you will do

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Translate medical documents and responses between English and Italian.
• Critically evaluate medical literature to develop accurate responses for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments regarding product quality issues.
• Perform medical writing tasks and participate in miscellaneous market research or training projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Fluent English (C1) and Native Italian proficiency.
• Legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work European business hours (8am-6pm CET).

Nice to have

• Pharma D, M Pharma, BSc, or MSc in Pharmacy.
• Experience in Call Center, Medical Information, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases.
