What you will do

  • Scale US commercial sales across commercial and government sectors
  • Own revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales execution
  • Execute go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial transactions
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps
  • Build and manage key customer and partner relationships in the US space ecosystem
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and bid decisions
  • Monitor market trends and represent Kepler at industry events (≈40% travel)

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership in space, aerospace, or related sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
  • Proven track record building and scaling commercial organizations and launching products/services
  • Experience selling into government and commercial space markets
  • Strong understanding of space systems (small satellites, RF/optical communications)
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing
  • Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD)
  • Experience bringing space or telecom products from concept to market
  • Background in high-growth or startup environments
