What you will do
- Scale US commercial sales across commercial and government sectors
- Own revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales execution
- Execute go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial transactions
- Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps
- Build and manage key customer and partner relationships in the US space ecosystem
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and bid decisions
- Monitor market trends and represent Kepler at industry events (≈40% travel)
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership in space, aerospace, or related sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
- Proven track record building and scaling commercial organizations and launching products/services
- Experience selling into government and commercial space markets
- Strong understanding of space systems (small satellites, RF/optical communications)
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing
- Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments and excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD)
- Experience bringing space or telecom products from concept to market
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
