TL;DR
Growth Marketer (AI): Design, launch, and scale creative campaigns across digital and non-digital channels to promote AI Lab prototypes and products with an accent on growth hypotheses testing, user acquisition, and revenue optimization. Focus on experimenting with emerging platforms, running A/B tests on conversion funnels, and building dashboards to track and improve core growth metrics.
Location: Full Time Remote with some in person time periodically required onsite in NYC
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Own strategy, execution, and iteration of growth programs across channels including partnerships, influencer campaigns, and referral programs.
- Explore emerging platforms like Reddit, Discord, YouTube, events to reach new audiences.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize funnels, landing pages, onboarding, and messaging.
- Build dashboards, track metrics, and turn data insights into actions for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with AI Lab product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement.
- Stay ahead of growth trends and iterate playbook based on learnings.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years hands-on experience driving growth through guerrilla, digital, and product marketing with shipped campaigns that drove results
- Proven track record owning creative campaigns, measuring impact, and iterating for user/revenue growth
- Data-driven with strong creative intuition; experience with AI tools in marketing
- Technically inclined: marketing automation (n8n, Zapier), HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
- Excellent communication; craft compelling copy, create collateral like decks and landing pages
- Fluency in analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude); deep knowledge of SEO, social, community, paid acquisition
- Startup mindset: agile, resourceful, data-obsessed, outcome-driven
