What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management across SEM/PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (Meta), OLV, Programmatic Display, Native, CTV, and DOOH.
  • Monitor metrics, provide optimization recommendations, and adjust spend to exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with design teams on high-performing creative assets and ad copy.
  • Define KPIs, lead A/B testing, and propose new media testing opportunities.
  • Work with analytics teams to create dashboards and report performance to executives.
  • Develop UTM structures and tracking for accurate campaign attribution.

Requirements

  • Onsite in Orlando, 32821 required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media with deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience developing full-funnel marketing plans, budget allocation, media mix modeling, and channel testing.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms and advanced targeting strategies.
