TL;DR

Account Executive, Partnerships & Growth (SaaS HR): Drive revenue growth through direct sales to startups and partnership development with TPAs, benefits brokers, and EORs with an accent on full sales cycles and channel activation. Focus on prospecting founders/CEOs, closing SMB/mid-market deals, and building repeatable GTM motions.

Hybrid role with experience working in or selling to North American markets required and 5–10% travel to North American conferences.

What you will do

  • Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to demos and closing deals with founders, CEOs, HR leaders.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain pipeline/forecasting in CRM.
  • Identify, engage, and activate partners like TPAs, benefits brokers, EORs (Deel, Rippling, Gusto) for resale/distribution.
  • Hunt leads via outbound, networks, events; attend North American conferences for pipeline building.
  • Provide market feedback to refine messaging, ICPs, use cases, and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with track record closing SMB/mid-market deals.
  • Proven outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, pipeline generation.
  • Comfort selling to founders/senior operators in North American markets.
  • Fluent English (Spanish required).

Nice to have

  • Partnerships/channels/reseller experience.
  • HR tech, benefits, fintech, EOR, People Ops background.
  • Startup/early-stage experience.
  • Selling value-based, multi-stakeholder solutions.
  • Familiarity with remote-first distributed teams; Portuguese.
