What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC corporate roles from intake to onboarding.
• Provide guidance on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market trends as a recruitment SME.
• Support technical and specialized roles across regions as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and success profiles.
• Drive proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct channels.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• College graduate, any course preferred.
• At least 2 years as Corporate Recruiter supporting APAC markets.
• Experience with technical/specialized roles is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Quezon City and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple requisitions.
