What you will do

• Identify and engage prospective tenants via email campaigns, cold calls, and marketing efforts; draft and negotiate lease terms.
• Build and maintain tenant relationships, address inquiries, and support retention strategies.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitors; prepare analysis reports and develop marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing LOIs, lease agreements, amendments; coordinate with legal and finance for compliance.
• Manage administrative tasks including calendars, meetings, travel, reports, expenses, and document workflows.
• Serve as liaison between executives, tenants, clients, and teams to facilitate communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective professional communication (written and verbal) internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
