What you will do

• Own end-to-end merchandising strategy for enterprise tentpole moments like set releases, holidays, and partner activations.
• Build integrated plans across onsite merchandising, email/push, social/content, and paid channels to boost engagement, conversion, and GMV.
• Manage merchandising calendar, align initiatives, define timelines, and ensure delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Design, BI to launch initiatives on time.
• Analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and develop scalable playbooks.
• Mentor team members and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hybrid in Georgia, US
• 5-8+ years in e-commerce merchandising, buyer marketing, or growth roles.
• Experience owning tentpole programs with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, GMV.
• Strong planning, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to build and scale operational playbooks for high-visibility events.
• Passion for trading card games and buyer behavior preferred.
