In this role, you will work on shaping marketing initiatives, improving customer acquisition and conversion, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. This is a great opportunity for a strong marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies
• Support customer acquisition across key channels (paid, organic, partnerships)
• Work on positioning, messaging, and value proposition
• Help build and optimize marketing funnels (from traffic to conversion)
• Collaborate on campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in marketing (growth, product, or performance)
• Experience working with e-commerce or similar online products
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey
• Experience with or exposure to the US market
• Ability to contribute to marketing strategy, not just execution
• Strong communication and analytical skills Nice to Have
• Experience with paid acquisition channels (Meta*, Google, etc.)
• Experience with CRM / email marketing
• Background in travel, education, or digital products
• Experience working in remote or international teams
