Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WA, WV). Preference for candidates in Chicago or Toronto.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, translating business goals into actionable eCommerce content strategies.
• Lead digital shelf and SEO-driven content strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC platforms.
• Build frameworks to define best-in-class standards for PDPs and brand storefronts.
• Guide copy and creative teams on content best practices tailored to platform algorithms and shopper behavior.
• Partner with insights teams to analyze retail KPIs and SEO performance to drive data-backed optimizations.
• Develop reusable tools and templates to scale the agency's strategic eCommerce offerings.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in eCommerce content strategy, digital shelf optimization, or performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge of major retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target), SEO, and PDP strategy.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Salsify, Profitero, Stackline, or Walmart Connect.
• Proven track record in the CPG category, including offline shopper marketing strategy.
• Ability to develop omnichannel communications plans focused on retail conversion.
• Must be based in the US, excluding the following states: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WA, WV.
