What you will do

  • Manage localization for App Home Page, PLP, and PDP to align with Western UI/UX preferences and boost conversions.
  • Develop seasonal product promotion strategies for key events like Black Friday and Prime Day.
  • Optimize eyewear categorization by face shape, materials, and lens functions; improve Rx and LC upload processes.
  • Own monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, lead A/B testing for CTR, CVR, and checkout completion.
  • Execute campaign product mapping, dynamic traffic allocation, and personalization with algorithm team.
  • Analyze supply-demand for inventory optimization, funnel drop-offs, competitors, and forecast trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in cross-border e-commerce, 2+ years in eyewear or fashion accessories App merchandising
  • Deep knowledge of North American and European markets, fashion trends, facial preferences, optical regulations
  • Professional working proficiency in English; able to audit and refine copywriting
  • Advanced analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, or BI tools.
  • Strong ownership, result-oriented mindset for high-pressure peak seasons.
