What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with customers.
• Develop and implement product assurance strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100, and IPC standards.
• Ensure quality compliance across design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test phases.
• Monitor, report, and resolve non-conformances using structured processes.
• Lead and manage a Quality team, including coaching and professional development.
• Lead internal/external audits, FMEA/PFMEA processes, and key PA milestone reviews like EQSRs, MRRs, IRRs, TRRs, and QRs.
• Develop Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety plans interfacing with systems engineering.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product assurance or quality management, preferably in aerospace/satellite industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100) and best practices.
• Familiarity with ESA/NASA lifecycle management and configuration management.
• Proficiency in quality tools/methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, FRACAS).
• Demonstrated decision-making, customer engagement, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• High flexibility, responsibility, and proactive work ethic.
