What you will do

• Build and mentor effective QA team, manage resources for project support and quality delivery
• Guide team performance, provide feedback, and support hiring new talents
• Define test strategies and plans aligned with software development
• Design test cases, set up environments, develop automation tools and scripts
• Prepare reports, analyze issues, contribute to defect prevention
• Participate in improving test processes and methodologies

Requirements

• 10+ years software QA/test experience in mobile or automotive industry
• 3+ years testing Android code, 3+ years as Scrum lead/Product owner/Team Lead
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Appium)
• Programming skills in Python, Java
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile, connectivity technologies; CAN/Ethernet as plus
• Outstanding communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred
