What you will do

• Execute functional testing on newly developed features.
• Verify asset and code functionality within the game engine.
• Monitor, escalate bugs, and promote overall quality in project deliveries.
• Support programmers, designers, and artists during first implementation and integration testing.
• Autonomously draft test suite proposals for new features.
• Create thorough documentation for new and existing workflows.

Requirements

• Typically 1+ years of experience working as a DevQA.
• Passion for multiplayer games and solid understanding of PvE and PvP mechanics.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and console hardware beyond the end-user level.
• Experience with various test methodologies including smoke, halo, and golden path testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA and familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in testing modern-gen SDKs such as PS5 Target Manager and Xbox Series GDK.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Certification.
• Certification or education in gaming-related fields.
