Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce/Five9)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day remote. Applicants may work in or relocate to Charlotte; relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $83,125–$100,625 USD annually, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Support the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and Five9 business systems.
• Provide day-to-day operational support, investigate user requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve root causes in line with service-level agreements.
• Gather and document business requirements, processes, functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
• Identify, quantify, prioritize, implement, and validate improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while supporting systems used by approximately 40,000 users across 22 North American systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, with preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as CRM, contact center, workflow, reporting, or operational systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system, process, and data-related issues.
• Experience documenting requirements, business processes, workflows, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Five9 certifications and experience supporting Salesforce administration, security, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, or configuration.
• Experience with Five9 or other cloud-based contact center platforms, including IVR or IVA.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data exchange, middleware, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and experience creating end-user training or knowledge articles.
