Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and translate requirements into clear Salesforce user stories and functional specifications.
• Create process flow diagrams, data models, use cases, and business process documentation.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable business solutions and assess system dependencies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and support quality assurance, system testing, defect troubleshooting, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business applications, business systems analysis, technical business analysis, or systems analysis.
• At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with the full SDLC, system integrations, and platforms such as NetSuite and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM architectures, APIs, integration concepts, SQL, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
