What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, assessing technical feasibility and dependencies.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and decompose requirements into user stories for development.
• Create process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support quality assurance with QA team.
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in business applications, technical business analysis, or systems analysis.
• Full SDLC experience from requirements to production support.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on with Salesforce, including user stories and functional solutions.
• Experience with system integrations like NetSuite and MuleSoft.
• Strong SQL, Agile/Scrum, MS Office (Excel, Visio), and cross-functional collaboration skills.
