MES Functional Analyst III

TL;DR

MES Functional Analyst III (MES): Implementing, supporting, and enhancing Manufacturing Execution Systems with an accent on business process modeling, eDHR solutions, and system integration. Focus on architecting MES projects, troubleshooting production issues, and driving full adoption through training and change management.

Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $172,000 / year

What you will do

• Utilize MES expertise to roll out eDHR solutions and improve business process efficiency.
• Act as functional architect for medium and large MES implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot system issues, including tier 3 production failures and incidents.
• Advise business units on best practices and system improvements for MES adoption.
• Train users and super-users, manage change and release processes.
• Interface with other systems, gather requirements, and deploy enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience deploying Camstar MES systems.
• Solid experience developing and maintaining MES-related business and technical documentation.
• Hands-on manufacturing shop floor management and distribution operations experience strongly preferred.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry experience desired.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• MES/MESA certification.
