Salary: $99,000 - $129,000

What you will do

• Interact with customers to expand Zio Integration to new sites, specialties, and goals.
• Solve escalated issues from support teams and deliver timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues in IRIS interface engine (HL7 messages: ORM, ORU, ADT) and develop preventive processes.
• Analyze support trends, present data, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with customer implementation teams and internal cross-functional groups.
• Drive post-implementation support and continuous process enhancements with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Located anywhere in the US
• At least 1 year of EHR integration experience
• Experience with HL7 integration engines (IRIS preferred)
• Scripting experience (ObjectScript or similar) with regular expressions
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant healthcare/technology experience
• Ability to travel 10-20% as needed

Nice to have

• Experience coding/transforming HL7 messages
• Proven success with health systems/providers, including workflow consultation
• Strong understanding of healthcare landscape
