What you will do

• Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities and recommend technical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member services.
• Define complex, multi-platform information systems solutions and lead requirements development.
• Assess cross-functional impacts across claims processing, provider data, billing, and benefit configuration systems.
• Instruct and validate the work of other analysts and serve as a project or technical lead for medium-to-large initiatives.
• Manage changing requirements, communicate impacts, and identify implementation risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with SQA and development teams to verify that deliverables meet business requirements and quality attributes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of information technology and systems analysis experience, including leading requirements development.
• Mandatory healthcare insurance industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of claims processing and adjudication, provider and billing systems, and benefit configuration.
• Expert knowledge of IT concepts and application development methodologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for technical and non-technical forums.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• CCBA or CBAP certification.
