What you will do

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and recommend technical solutions for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Define multi-platform system solutions and lead requirements development with clear specifications.
• Apply domain expertise in claims processing, provider data, billing, and benefit configuration to evaluate change impacts.
• Instruct analysts, serve as project or technical lead, and coordinate work assignments.
• Manage requirements changes, risks, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SQA and development teams to validate deliverables against business requirements.
• Identify improvements in requirements gathering and development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in IT and systems analysis, leading requirements efforts.
• Mandatory Healthcare Insurance experience in claims processing & adjudication, provider & billing systems, benefit configuration.
• Expert IT knowledge, application development methodologies, translating technical concepts to business insights.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• CCBA™ or CBAP® certifications.
