What you will do

• Consult with client management on business needs and provide continuity across business units, development, operations, and technical support.
• Recommend solutions to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
• Define complex information systems solutions for large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple platforms.
• Lead requirements analysis, verification, and management, ensuring completeness, traceability, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with technical and SQA teams to validate project outcomes against requirements.
• Build relationships with business and IT partners, identify improvement opportunities, and support multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in IT and systems analysis, with experience leading requirements development
• Expert knowledge of IT concepts, application development, and standards.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business personnel.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Advanced experience with operational analysis and integrated systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree
• CCBA or CBAP certification
• Experience in health insurance industry
