What you will do

• Apply deep Facets expertise in member demographics, eligibility, product configuration, claims adjudication, denials, service limits, and prior authorizations.
• Define complex information system solutions for cross-functional initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution architecture, and non-functional requirements to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Instruct and validate work of other analysts, serving as technical lead on medium-to-large projects.
• Collaborate with SQA and technical teams throughout the lifecycle, managing changing requirements and risks.
• Build partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years IT/systems analysis in Healthcare Insurance, leading requirements development
• Expert knowledge of application development methodologies, IT terminology, systems integration
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, facilitation skills to translate technical concepts
• CBAP® or CCBA™ certifications highly preferred
• Comfortable working for federal contractor with associated standards
