Lead Product Manager, Platform (Fintech)

Salary: $216,000–$270,000 USD (Tier 1: NYC/SF); adjusted for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Define platform architecture for core services powering all hirify.global products: fulfillment, identity, tagging, biller gateway, and auto-pay.
• Enable rapid product scaling across multi-product and multi-vertical platform.
• Drive fulfillment hirify.globalibility, exception handling, acquisition channel extensibility, and auto-pay configurability for multi-bill flows.
• Implement customer tagging, state management, biller gateway abstraction, and agentic contracts.
• Ensure platform scale, observability, and reliability.
• Align stakeholders and communicate roadmaps with senior engineering leads, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

• U.S. location required; hybrid onsite 2-3 days/week in NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City (or relocate).
• Experience in platform product management craft.
• Technical skills and analytical mindset.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities.
