TL;DR
Senior Performance Marketing Manager (DTC): Build and manage full DTC performance funnels from cold traffic to conversion with an accent on CRO, media buying, and creative strategy. Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and manage DTC performance funnels end-to-end, designing advertorials, landing pages, and PDPs to hit target CPAs.
- Lead CRO strategy, running A/B tests and working with designers/developers to implement tests and improvements.
- Drive paid media across Meta, directing buying, diagnostics, and scaling.
- Own creative strategy, developing angles, directing teams, and testing high-velocity creatives.
- Manage creative team, setting priorities and building feedback loops for winners.
- Conduct market research and collaborate cross-functionally on funnels and offers.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in DTC performance marketing with direct funnel and CRO ownership.
- 1–2+ years managing/director creative or marketing teams.
- Strong across CRO, paid media (Meta Ads), and creative strategy.
- Proven results improving CPA or CVR, with portfolio.
- Self-directed execution and collaboration with designers/developers.
Nice to have
- Background in health, wellness, or pet DTC brands.
- Dropshipping, agency, or multi-brand e-commerce experience.
- Direct response/advertorial funnel experience.
- Shopify familiarity for CRO/growth.
