What you will do

• Own and scale non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping campaigns to drive DTC new orders at target CPIA.
• Build and maintain campaign structures designed to support sustained budget growth and performance visibility.
• Design and execute high-velocity testing roadmaps across keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and attribution signals to identify scaling opportunities.
• Partner with creative and landing page teams to identify winning ad angles and improve conversion paths.
• Lead and develop a direct report, elevating the team's overall output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, YouTube, PMax, Shopping) specifically in DTC or ecommerce.
• Proven track record of scaling non-brand acquisition and YouTube funnels with large annual budgets.
• Expertise in Google Ads platform mechanics, including campaign structure, bidding strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, and attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar).
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of translating performance drivers into fast growth decisions.
