Salary: $98,250 - $144,100 annually

What you will do
- Establish strategy, roadmap, and operating model for performance marketing in partnership with VP, Marketing
- Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
- Design and implement foundational processes, tools, and reporting to scale the function
- Own and optimize performance across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, and emerging platforms with experimentation frameworks
- Build demand-generation programs including webinars, events, and campaigns to convert awareness into sales opportunities
- Use data to identify growth opportunities, remove buyer journey friction, and establish best practices across marketing and sales
- Manage agency or external partner relationships
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Experience building or scaling performance marketing programs from early stages
- Strong knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/AI search behaviors
- Experience running webinars, digital events, or demand-generation campaigns
- Expertise in analytics and conversion optimization
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools like marketing automation, analytics, and experimentation platforms
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
