What you will do

• Directly manage and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Build, test, and scale campaigns using structured frameworks
• Conduct breakdown analysis, attribution reviews, and performance diagnostics
• Iterate creative, audiences, and bidding strategies continuously
• Operate high-volume creative testing and provide feedback to creative teams
• Monitor budgets, maintain efficiency thresholds, and support subscription scaling

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills C1-C2
• Direct hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts
• Experience in CPG/DTC brands (subscription-focused preferred)
• Exposure to large-scale creative workflows and high-spend environments ($50M+ budgets preferred)
• Strong understanding of subscription ROAS and LTV-driven scaling
• Brand-side or agency experience with large-scale Meta accounts
