What you will do

• Develop and own the enterprise paid media strategy from the ground up for firms with 200+ lawyers.
• Manage and optimize hands-on campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (SEM), Display, and OOH.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value accounts using tools like 6sense or ZoomInfo.
• Partner with enterprise sales and marketing teams to align messaging and establish lead-to-revenue processes.
• Analyze and report on enterprise-level outcomes, including target account engagement and revenue influence.
• Manage and optimize a significant advertising budget through continuous A/B testing.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of performance marketing experience in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in ABM strategy using platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo.
• Deep technical knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, custom audiences, and ICP targeting.
• Proficiency with GA4, Salesforce, and data visualization tools for strategic reporting.
• Experience navigating high-growth, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
• Must be located in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
