Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in Bellevue (WA), Chicago (IL), or New York (NY). Required in-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA HQ during the first week of employment.

Salary: $152,000 — $228,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and manage technical relationships with strategic partners, Global System Integrators, and technology vendors.
• Drive incremental revenue by aligning hirify.global solutions with partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Deliver technical training, demos, and best practice sessions to partner organizations.
• Gather and translate partner feedback to help steer the hirify.global product roadmap.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance during the partner sales process to ensure mutual success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing hirify.global Workforce or Customer Identity.
• Deep understanding of the IAM/IDaaS competitive landscape and network security protocols (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OIDC).
• Experience with cloud computing environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in web, mobile, or backend development (e.g., Javascript, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel to San Francisco for initial onboarding.
